The best approach is to apply the oil before retiring to bed. Although you can apply it when ever you feel it convenient; the minimum time the oil should be kept applied is three hours. Apply the oil to scalp after cleaning the hair free of any dirt and grease. This should be achieved using the companion Hair-friend Shampoo. The oil should be rubbed into the hair roots with the balls of fingers, and later the rest of the hair can be massaged gently with the palms and heals of the hands.

2) Can I use other shampoos while using Hair-friend combination treatment?
They are best avoided. It is because most of the cosmetic shampoos are alcohol based and basically made to improve appearance rather than health of the hair. They may hence neutralize the benefits of Hair-friend oil.

3) I am not losing hair, should I use Hair-friend combination treatment to improve hair-health?
Hair-loss is only one manifestation of affected hair. If however you have no problems what so ever with your hair, we may reasonably presume that they are healthy. Our professionals are currently recommending a twice weekly application of the oil and shampoo to maintain steady health of the hair.

4) How long the Hair-friend combination treatment will take to stop my hair-loss?
Regular use of Hair-friend combination treatment according to the recommended schedule should stop your hair-loss within 15 days in majority of the cases. A small fraction of resistant and complicated cases may however take a bit longer.

5) How much Hair-friend combination treatment will cost?
One supply of the combination treatment is usually sufficient for one month, which costs costs xx$ only. It is generally enough to stop hair-loss.

10) I have gone totally bald, will treatment work for me?
Statistically important fraction of patients of total/near total baldness of recent onset have responded to Hair-friend combination treatment. Presently there is no sure method to predict responsiveness in such cases.

11) Will Hair-friend stop hair-loss in women?
No gender bias has been observed in effectiveness of this remedy.

12) I have had a surgery on my scalp; can I use Hair-friend combination treatment?
You should consult your dermatologist.

13) Can I use the oil in morning?
Yes, you can use the oil at any hour of the day. You should however wash it with the companion shampoo within 3 to 8 hours to allow the skin and hair to breath.

14) How the Oil smells?
The oil has a very faint odor which is not unpleasant.
